# Council Regulation (EU) No 559/2014 of 6 May 2014 establishing the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen 2 Joint Undertaking (Text with EEA relevance), Division Article 5: Composition of the Governing Board

The Governing Board shall be composed of:
(a) three representatives of the Commission on behalf of the Union;
(b) six representatives of the Industry Grouping, at least one of which shall represent SMEs;
(c) one representative of the Research Grouping.
