Division Article 8 Appointment, dismissal or extension of the term of office of the Executive Director

  1. 1The Executive Director shall be appointed by the Governing Board, from a list of candidates proposed by the Commission, following an open and transparent selection procedure. The Commission shall associate the representation from the Members of the FCH 2 Joint Undertaking other than the Union in the selection procedure as appropriate.
  2. 2The Executive Director shall be a member of staff and shall be engaged as a temporary agent of the FCH 2 Joint Undertaking under point (a) of Article 2 of the Conditions of Employment.
