# Council Regulation (EU) No 560/2014 of 6 May 2014 establishing the Bio-based Industries Joint Undertaking (Text with EEA relevance), Division 1: The members of the BBI Joint Undertaking shall be:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(a) the Union, represented by the Commission;
(b) upon acceptance of these Statutes, by means of a letter of endorsement, the Bio-based Industries Consortium Aisbl (the ‘BIC’), a non-profit organisation established under Belgium law, with its permanent office in Brussels, Belgium.
