# Council Regulation (EU) No 560/2014 of 6 May 2014 establishing the Bio-based Industries Joint Undertaking (Text with EEA relevance), Division 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Provided that it contributes to the funding referred to in Article 12 to achieve the objectives of the BBI Joint Undertaking set out in Article 2 of this Regulation, and accepts the Statutes of the BBI Joint Undertaking, any legal entity that directly or indirectly supports research and innovation in a Member State or in a country associated to Horizon 2020 may apply to become a member of the BBI Joint Undertaking.
