Division 1

The ECSEL Participating States may entrust the ECSEL Joint Undertaking with the implementation of their contributions to the participants in indirect actions through the grant agreements with participants concluded by the ECSEL Joint Undertaking. They may also entrust the ECSEL Joint Undertaking with the payment of their contributions to the participants or make the payments by themselves based on the verifications made by the ECSEL Joint Undertaking.
