When ECSEL Participating States entrust the ECSEL Joint Undertaking in accordance with paragraph 1, the administrative arrangements referred to in paragraph 3 shall be supplemented with annual arrangements between the entities designated by the ECSEL Participating States for that purpose and the ECSEL Joint Undertaking, laying down the terms and conditions for the financial contribution of the ECSEL Participating States to the ECSEL Joint Undertaking.
