# Council Regulation (EU) No 561/2014 of 6 May 2014 establishing the ECSEL Joint Undertaking (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2

The financial contribution from the public authorities shall be that referred to in point (a) of Article 16(3) and point (b) of Article 16(3) disbursed as a reimbursement of eligible costs to the participants in indirect actions. The specific reimbursement rates by the Union and by each ECSEL Participating State shall be included in the work plan.
