# Council Regulation (EU) No 561/2014 of 6 May 2014 establishing the ECSEL Joint Undertaking (Text with EEA relevance), Division 3

The public authorities shall communicate to the Executive Director their financial commitments reserved for each call for proposals to be included in the work plan and where applicable in accordance with Article 17(1) in time for the preparation of the draft budget of the ECSEL Joint Undertaking, taking into account the scope of the research and innovation activities addressed in the work plan.
