  1. 1The Executive Director shall report annually to the Governing Board on the performance of the duties of the Executive Director in accordance with the financial rules of the ECSEL Joint Undertaking.

  3. 3By 1 March of the following financial year, the accounting officer of the ECSEL Joint Undertaking shall send the provisional accounts to the Commission’s accounting officer and to the Court of Auditors.
