  "text": "The term of office of the Executive Director shall be three years. By the end of that period, the Commission, associating the ECSEL Participating States and the private members as appropriate, shall undertake an assessment of the performance of the Executive Director and the ECSEL Joint Undertaking’s future tasks and challenges.",
