Article 5 Financial rules

Without prejudice to Article 12 of this Regulation, the ECSEL Joint Undertaking shall adopt its specific financial rules in accordance with Article 209 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 110/2014f1.
