  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 577/2014\nof 28 May 2014\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 of 17 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and in particular Article 14(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 March 2014, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 269/2014.\n(2)\nThe information for seventeen persons and two entities included in the list of persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures in Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 should be amended.\n(3)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
