  "text": "The competent authority of the home Member State of a European venture capital fund shall notify by e-mail the competent authorities of the host Member States and ESMA of the events set out in Articles 16(1) and 21(3) of Regulation (EU) No 345/2013, by filling in the form set out in the Annex to this Regulation.",
