  "text": "The competent authorities of a host Member State in which an institution carries out its activities in the exercise of the freedom to provide services which request the competent authorities of the home Member State to provide the information regarding those services laid down in Delegated Regulation (EU) No 524/2014 shall provide the request in written or electronic form to the relevant contact person identified in the contact list referred to in Article 3(1). The competent authorities of the home Member State shall provide the information within three months of receiving the request.",
