  "text": "By way of derogation from Article 10(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1290/2013, with regard to the Bio-Based Industries Joint Undertaking only the following participants shall be eligible for funding from the Bio-Based Industries Joint Undertaking for actions in the area of bio-based industries other than innovation actions:\n(a) small and medium-sized enterprises;\n(b) secondary and higher education establishments;\n(c) non-profit legal entities, including those carrying out research or technological development as one of their main objectives;\n(d) the Joint Research Centre;\n(e) international European interest organisations.",
