  "text": "Regulation (EU) No 582/2011 is amended as follows:\n(1) in Article 4, paragraph 8 is replaced by the following:\n‘8. At the request of the manufacturer, until 31 December 2015 in the case of new types of vehicles or engines and until 31 December 2016 for all new vehicles sold, registered or put into service within the Union, alternative provisions for the monitoring of the DPF as set out in point 2.3.3.3 of Annex X may be used.’;\n(2) Annex I is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.",
