  "text": "1. The S2R Joint Undertaking, its bodies and staff shall avoid any conflict of interest in the implementation of their activities.\n2. The Governing Board shall adopt rules for the prevention and management of conflicts of interest in respect of its members, bodies, staff and seconded staff. In those rules provision shall be made to avoid a conflict of interest for the representatives of the members serving in the Governing Board.",
