  "heading": "Jurisdiction of the Court of Justice of the European Union and applicable law",
  "text": "1. The Court of Justice of the European Union shall have jurisdiction:\n(a) in any dispute between the members which relates to the subject matter of this Regulation;\n(b) pursuant to any arbitration clause contained in agreements, decisions or contracts concluded by the S2R Joint Undertaking;\n(c) in disputes related to compensation for damage caused by the staff of the S2R Joint Undertaking in the performance of their duties;\n(d) in any dispute between the S2R Joint Undertaking and its staff within the limits and under the conditions laid down in the Staff Regulations.\n2. For any matter not covered by this Regulation or by other acts of Union law, the law of the State where the seat of the S2R Joint Undertaking is located shall apply.",
