Article 11 Cancellation

A request for cancellation of a registration pursuant to Article 54(1) F1or (1A) of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 shall be drawn up in accordance with the form set out in Annex IX to this Regulation.

The information to be published pursuant to Article 50(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 shall contain the duly completed request for a cancellation as referred to in the first subparagraph of paragraph 1 of this Article.
