Article 9 Procedural rules for oppositions

For the purposes of Article 51(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 a reasoned statement of opposition shall be drawn up in accordance with the form set out in Annex III to this Regulation.

The period of three months referred to in the first subparagraph of Article 51(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 shall start on the date on which the invitation to the interested parties to reach agreement among them is delivered by electronic means.

The notification referred to in Article 5 of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 664/2014 and the communication of the information to be provided to the F1Secretary of State pursuant to the second subparagraph of Article 51(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 shall be made within one month from the end of the consultations in accordance with the form set out in Annex IV to this Regulation.
