# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 680/2014 of 16 April 2014 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to supervisory reporting of institutions according to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance), Article 10: Format and frequency of reporting on financial information for credit institutions applying Regulation (EC) No 1606/2002 on a consolidated basis, by virtue of Article 99(3) Regulation (EU) No 575/2013

Where a competent authority has extended the reporting requirements of financial information on a consolidated basis to institutions in a Member State in accordance with Article 99(3) Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, institutions shall submit financial information according to Article 9.
