Article 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Point (2) of Article 1 shall apply from 1 July 2014.

Points (3) and (6) of Article 1 and point (c) of Annex II shall apply from 1 January 2014.

Point (5) of Article 1 and Article 2 shall apply from 1 February 2014.

Point (a) of Annex II shall apply from 20 June 2014.
