  "text": "Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 684/2009 is amended as follows:\n(1) In the third row corresponding to the ‘Field’ entry ‘3’ of the table in point 2, the entry for ‘Field type’ is replaced by the following:\n‘Alphanumeric 16 (digits and capital letters)’;\n(2) In point 6, the following fifth row is inserted:\n‘\n5.\nNo guarantee is provided according to Article 18(4)(b) of Directive 2008/118/EC\n’.",
