Article 25 Final provisions

1.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

2.

SIPS operators shall have one year from the date on which the decision of the Governing Council in accordance with Article 1(2) has been notified to them to comply with the requirements laid down in this Regulation.

3.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in the Member States in accordance with the Treaties.
