  "text": "This Regulation lays down:\n(1)provisions supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 as regards:\n(a)young farmers;\n(b)farm and forest exchange schemes and visits;\n(c)quality schemes — promotion;\n(d)farm and business development;\n(e)afforestation and creation of woodland;\n(f)agri-environment-climate;\n(g)conservation of genetic resources in agriculture and in forestry;\n(h)exclusion of double-funding;\n(i)animal health and welfare;\n(j)cooperation;\n(k)commercial loans to mutual funds,\n(l)investments;\n(m)conversion or adjustment of commitments;\n(n)extended or new commitments;\n(2)specific transitional rules laying down the conditions under which support approved by the Commission under Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 ... may be integrated into support provided under Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 ....\n(3)In these Regulations references to Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 are references to that regulation as amended by the European Structural and Investment Funds Common Provisions (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.",
