  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 810/2014\nof 25 July 2014\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 of 17 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and in particular Article 14(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 March 2014, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 269/2014.\n(2)\nIn view of the gravity of the situation, the Council considers that additional natural and legal persons should be added to the list of persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014.\n(3)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
