  "text": "The Managing Authority may conclude Memoranda of Understanding or any other agreement with participating countries outlining programme provisions, in particular national co-financing, specific financial responsibilities, audits and recoveries.\nThe content of those Memoranda of Understanding or any other agreement shall be in line with the provisions laid down in this Regulation and in the financing agreement(s).",
