  "text": "1. Co-financing shall come from sources other than the Union.\n2. Within each programme the participating countries shall be free to determine the source, amount and distribution of co-financing.\n3. If a CBC partner country undertakes to transfer its co-financing to the Managing Authority, the arrangements for providing, using and monitoring the co-financing shall be set out in the financing agreement referred to in Article 9 and if relevant in the agreements referred to in Article 10.\n4. In all other cases, the arrangements applicable to the co-financing may be set out in the agreements referred to in Article 10.",
