# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 897/2014 of 18 August 2014 laying down specific provisions for the implementation of cross-border cooperation programmes financed under Regulation (EU) No 232/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council establishing a European Neighbourhood Instrument, Article 18: Projects

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Contract for large infrastructure projects selected through direct award shall be signed and contribution to financial instruments shall be provided before 30 June 2019.
2. All other contracts shall be signed before 31 December 2022.
3. All project activities financed by the programme shall end on 31 December 2023 at the latest.
