Article 80 International organisations as Managing Authority

Participating countries may propose that the programme be managed by an international organisation.

Only international organisations in the sense of Article 43 of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 may be proposed as Managing Authority.

An international organisation shall meet the requirements set out in Article 60 of Regulation (EU) No 966/2012.

Before the Commission adopts a programme it shall obtain evidence that the requirements set out in paragraph 3 are fulfilled.
