Article 82 CBC partner countries as Managing Authority

Participating countries may propose that the programme is managed by a CBC partner country.

The nature of the tasks entrusted to the appointed CBC partner country shall be set out in the agreement signed by the Commission and the CBC partner country pursuant to the provisions on indirect management contained in the Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 and Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012.

The agreement referred to in paragraph 2 shall detail the arrangements applicable to the programme. In particular, it shall lay down which provisions of Part Two apply in view of the nature of the tasks entrusted to the Managing Authority and the amounts involved.
