# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 901/2014 of 18 July 2014 implementing Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the administrative requirements for the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles (Text with EEA relevance), Article 12a: Transitional provisions

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Until 30 June 2020 , national authorities shall continue to grant type-approvals to vehicle types in accordance with this Regulation in its version applicable on 11 March 2020 .
2. Until 31 December 2020 , the Member States shall permit the placing on the market, registration and entry into service of vehicles based on a vehicle type approved in accordance with this Regulation in its version applicable on 11 March 2020 .
