# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 901/2014 of 18 July 2014 implementing Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the administrative requirements for the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles (Text with EEA relevance), Article 4: Templates for the manufacturer’s certificates providing proof of compliance to the type-approval authority on access to vehicle on-board diagnostics (OBD) and to vehicle repair and maintenance information

Manufacturers applying for EU type-approval shall provide the approval authority with a certificate on access to vehicle OBD and vehicle repair and maintenance information in accordance with Article 57(8) of Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 on the basis of the templates set out in Annex III to this Regulation.
