  "text": "(1.) Securities shall be constituted in euro or sterling.\n(2.) ..., the amount of the security in euro shall be converted into sterling in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V. The undertaking corresponding to the security and any amount withheld in the event of irregularities or breaches shall remain fixed in euro or sterling.",
