Article 25 Thresholds

(1.)

The total sum forfeited shall not exceed 100 % of the relevant part of the sum secured.

(2.)

The competent authority may waive the forfeiture of an amount less than EUR 100, provided that similar F1... provisions for comparable cases are laid down by law, regulation or administrative action.
