Article 60 Information of the beneficiaries

The information of the beneficiaries referred to in Article 113 of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 shall be provided to the beneficiaries by including it in the application forms for receiving funds deriving from F1direct payment support F2agricultural support, or otherwise at the time when the data are collected.
