  "text": "By way of derogation from Article 31(2) of Regulation (EC) No 826/2008, the advance payment for contracts under point (b) of the first subparagraph of Article 4(1) of this Regulation shall not exceed the amount of aid corresponding to a storage period of 270 days.",
