# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 948/2014 of 4 September 2014 opening private storage for skimmed milk powder and fixing in advance the amount of aid, Article 6

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Member States shall notify the Commission of the following:
(a) by each Tuesday for the previous week and separately for the quantities referred to respectively in points (a) and (b) of the first subparagraph of Article 4(1), the quantities for which contracts have been concluded as well as the quantities of products for which applications to conclude contracts have been submitted, as required under Article 35(1)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 826/2008;
(b) not later than the end of each month for the previous month, the information on the stocks required under Article 35(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 826/2008.
