  "text": "1. The Capped Portfolio Guarantee shall provide credit risk coverage on a loan by loan basis up to a guarantee rate of maximum 80 %, for the creation of a portfolio of new loans to the small and medium-sized enterprises up to a maximum loss amount fixed by the guarantee cap rate which shall not exceed 25 % of the risk exposure at portfolio level.\n2. The Capped Portfolio Guarantee shall comply with the terms and conditions set out in Annex III.",
