# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 988/2014 of 18 September 2014 opening and providing for the management of Union tariff quotas for agricultural products originating in the Republic of Moldova, Article 4

The tariff quotas set out in the Annex to this Regulation shall be managed in accordance with Articles 49 to 54 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2447 .
