# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 988/2014 of 18 September 2014 opening and providing for the management of Union tariff quotas for agricultural products originating in the Republic of Moldova, Article 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 September 2014.
