  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1001\nof 25 June 2015\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 concerning restrictive measures against Iran\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 of 23 March 2012 concerning restrictive measures against Iran and repealing Regulation (EU) No 961/2010, and in particular Article 46(2) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 23 March 2012, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 267/2012.\n(2)\nIn accordance with Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/1008, one person and eight entities should be removed from the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures, set out in Annex IX to Regulation (EU) No 267/2012.\n(3)\nIn addition, the entries concerning six entities subject to restrictive measures, set out in Annex IX to Regulation (EU) No 267/2012, should be amended.\n(4)\nRegulation (EU) No 267/2012 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
