Division (d)

National promotional banks or institutions and investment platforms or funds shall be eligible for coverage by the EIB guarantee under the counter-guarantee of the EU guarantee in accordance with Article 10(2)(c). The decision to grant that EIB guarantee shall strive to mobilise investments at both the national and regional level and to exploit the complementary expertise, the specific comparative advantages, and the scope of such entities, for the benefit of the EFSI initiative.
