  "text": "1. The EIB and the EIF may submit to the Commission financing and investment operations approved by them during the period from 1 January 2015 until the EFSI Agreement has been concluded and the first appointments of all the members of the Investment Committee and of the Managing Director following the date of entry into force of this Regulation have been made.\n2. The Commission shall assess the operations referred to in paragraph 1 and, where they comply with the eligibility criteria set out in Article 6, the general objectives set out in Article 9(2) and Annex II, decide that the EU guarantee coverage extends to them.",
