  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 21 July 2015.\nHowever:\n(a) points 2 and 3 of the Annex shall apply from 1 January 2016; to the extent reference is made to Appendix XII to Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 748/2012, point (b) applies;\n(b) point 6 of the Annex as regards point D of Appendix XII shall apply from 1 January 2018, without prejudice to requirements already resulting from the Annex I (Part-FCL) to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011.",
