  "heading": "REQUIREMENTS FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY",
  "text": "(a)From 1 July 2016, the coefficient of performance (COP) and the seasonal energy performance ratio (SEPR) of condensing units shall not fall below the following values:\nOperating temperature\nRated capacity PA\nApplicable ratio\nValue\nMedium\n0,2 kW≤ PA ≤ 1 kW\nCOP\n1,20\n1 kW< PA ≤ 5 kW\nCOP\n1,40\n5 kW < PA ≤ 20 kW\nSEPR\n2,25\n20 kW < PA ≤ 50 kW\nSEPR\n2,35\nLow\n0,1 kW≤ PA ≤ 0,4 kW\nCOP\n0,75\n0,4 kW< PA ≤ 2 kW\nCOP\n0,85\n2 kW < PA ≤ 8kW\nSEPR\n1,50\n8 kW < PA ≤ 20 kW\nSEPR\n1,60\n(b)From 1 July 2018, the coefficient of performance (COP) and the seasonal energy performance ratio (SEPR) of condensing units shall not fall below the following values:\nOperating temperature\nRated capacity PA\nApplicable ratio\nValue\nMedium\n0,2 kW≤ PA ≤ 1kW\nCOP\n1,40\n1 kW< PA ≤ 5 kW\nCOP\n1,60\n5 kW < PA ≤ 20 kW\nSEPR\n2,55\n20 kW < PA ≤ 50 kW\nSEPR\n2,65\nLow\n0,1 kW≤ PA ≤ 0,4 kW\nCOP\n0,80\n0,4 kW< PA ≤ 2 kW\nCOP\n0,95\n2 kW < PA ≤ 8 kW\nSEPR\n1,60\n8 kW < PA ≤ 20 kW\nSEPR\n1,70\n(c)For condensing units intended to be charged with a refrigerant fluid with a global warming potential lower than 150, COP and SEPR values can be lower than the values indicated in point 1(a) by a maximum of 15 % and in point 1(b) by a maximum of 10 %\n(d)Condensing units capable of operating both at medium and low temperature shall comply with the requirements of each category for which they are declared.",
