  "text": "(a) Solid fuel local space heaters shall be tested for the preferred fuel and any other suitable fuels indicated in Table 1 of Annex II.\n(b) Declared values for nominal heat output and seasonal space heating energy efficiency shall be rounded to the nearest one decimal place.\n(c) Declared values for emissions shall be rounded to the nearest integer.",
