# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/1186 of 24 April 2015 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the energy labelling of local space heaters (Text with EEA relevance), Article 6: Verification procedure for market surveillance purposes

The authorities of Great Britain shall apply the procedure laid down in Annex IX when assessing the conformity of the declared energy efficiency class of local space heaters.
