  "heading": "PACKAGES OF A SOLID FUEL BOILER, SUPPLEMENTARY HEATERS, TEMPERATURE CONTROLS AND SOLAR DEVICES",
  "text": "For packages of a solid fuel boiler, supplementary heaters, temperature controls and solar devices, the technical documentation referred to in Article 3(3)(e) shall include:\n(a)the name and address of the supplier;\n(b)a description of the model comprising the package of a solid fuel boiler, supplementary heaters, temperatures control and solar devices sufficient for its unambiguous identification;\n(c)where appropriate, the references of the designated standards applied;\n(d)where appropriate, the other technical standards and specifications used;\n(e)the name and signature of the person empowered to bind the supplier;\n(f)technical parameters:\n(1)the energy efficiency index, rounded to the nearest integer;\n(2)the technical parameters set out in point 1 of this Annex and, where appropriate, the technical parameters set out in point 1 of Annex V of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 811/2013;\n(3)the technical parameters set out in points 3 and 4 of Annex V of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 811/2013;\n(g)any specific precautions that must be taken when the package of a solid fuel boiler, supplementary heaters, temperature controls and solar devices is assembled, installed or maintained.",
