  "text": "In Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1106/2013, Article 1 is amended as follows:\n(a) paragraph 2 shall be replaced by the following:\n‘2. Ltd, Mumbai, Maharashtra\n9,4\nB776\nPrecision Metals, Mumbai, Maharashtra\n9,4\nB777\nHindustan Inox Ltd, Mumbai, Maharashtra\n9,4\nB778\nSieves Manufacturer India Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai, Maharashtra\n9,4\nB779\nViraj Profiles Limited, Palghar, Maharashtra and Mumbai, Maharashtra\n6,8\nB780\nCompanies listed in the Annex\n5,0\nSee Annex\nAll other companies\n12,5\nB999\n’\n(b) the following paragraph 4 is added:\n‘4. The application of the individual duty rate specified for the companies mentioned in paragraph 2 and in the Annex shall be conditional upon presentation to the customs authorities of the Member States of a valid commercial invoice, on which shall appear a declaration dated and signed by an official of the entity issuing such invoice, identified by his/her name and function, drafted as follows: “I, the undersigned, certify that the (volume) of stainless steel wires sold for export to the European Union covered by this invoice was manufactured by (company name and address) (TARIC additional code) in India. I declare that the information provided in this invoice is complete and correct.” If no such invoice is presented, the duty rate applicable to “all other companies” shall apply.’",
